recieved a letter from AIB Visa yesterday about Chip and PIn and how secure it was. However also in my envelope was the exact same letter addressed to another individual in an estate around the corner from me. What is worrying however is that the letter had the actual Visa card number printed on it. Unbelieveable that this could happen. Should I just report it to the bank or somewhere else ?
