Any recommendation on a chimney cleaner and what sort of money would it cost, thanks

Where you based? I recently got my chimney cleaned and if memory serves me correctly, it was around €40.

Very much doubt if the chimney man I used will travel to Dublin to clean your chimney:) But now you have put up where you are from hopefully some of our Dublin based AAM's will be able to point you in the right direction.

Tim Lawless in Mount Merrion is good and very clean. Been using him for a few years. He charges €60.
 
Have you ever considered getting a set of rods and brush and do the job yourself. The rods can come in handy if you have a sewage blockage as they can be used with an attachment for minor blockages.

Going by your name, I take it you live in Louth. Would you recommend your chimney cleaner? Any chance I could get his contact details?
 
Can recommend Dermot from All Clean. His no. is 087 2501823. He covers both north and southside Dublin.
