Just heard that ex is planing to take children to England in last week in August and may possibly be enrolling them in schools there. He has no passports for them as I have refused to sign without going back to court due to possible risks of not returning the children. Unfortunately he got joinht custody, though not married, and living some distance apart. Has used it as a stick to bully me with. What can I do in a situation like this. Last year I hired a pd, and have just this year engaged the same guy to watch the children. What would happen if he took the kids to U.K. without passports - looking from advice from some of legal eagles here. Thanks.
