Can anyone advise - I currently work in ROI and live in NI and receive child benefit in ROI as pay PRSI and tax here, To date hubby house husband but now thinking of returning to work. If he get job in NI and pays tax there would we be no longer entitled to ROI child benefit

If you are still working and paying your ROI tax/PRSI I see no reason not to continue claiming here. CB is payable to the mother by default. The rates here are higher too.
