Is it possible to lodge a cheque made out to an estate and/or personal reps of a dead person to your personal bank account if you are the executor and hold the grant of adminstartion from the high court? Or would you need to open a separate bank account?
You'll need a seperate account - better from your own point of view also, better to be able to account for estate monies (both inwards and outwards) if you are ever queried.
