Cheapest way to receive payment in US$

Hi,

I am looking to find what is the cheapest way to receive US$ for a business invoice to an Irish Euro AIB account. I remember reading in a magazine a few months ago about a service in the UK that promoted to be much cheaper than the banks.

Is anyone aware of a similar service that would work for an Irish bank account? The amounts would be approximately 3k, 8k, 10k and 12k in Dollars.

Currency Fair and a few others do this sort of thing.
If you are buying and selling in US$ you could just hold a dollar account in your Irish bank then move the surplus a few times a year.

try transfermate, i know you can book a rate and then transfer to their us account,they send to your irish account

Set up a US Dollar Account.

Ring FX Services in AIB, get them to transfer from Dollar to Euro account.

Haggle on the FX Rate.
