Cheapest place for handmade roller blinds - supply and fit

Hi I'm looking to get my house kitted out with made to measure roller blinds. i have about 16 windows to do.

Can anyone advise me on somewhere that could give me a competetive quote on this for making and fitting the blinds?

I'm just looking for something very plain and simple, nothing over the top.
Roughly how much is it per blind (for say standard size bay window)?

I recently had a quote from a Dundalk company called LC blinds, for a whole house - 5 black outs for bedrooms and 8 downstairs, including one large one for a bay window, all in plain cream apart from 2 patterned on the kitchen - whole lot made and fitted for €760

if your in dublin cabra,i found grays opposite clarkes bakery the most economic.they may be in the phone book.

Cheapest by far is Ikea, dirt cheap stuff, will get you out of a fix.
