Cheapest online trader- ISEQ

I know there have been various threads on the cheapest way to trade shares. Firstrade, zecco etc. have been mentioned. However, who are the cheapest to deal with if i'm buying shares on the ISEQ? Is it sharewatch??even taking into account the €60 annual account charge.
