Cheapest Home Phone Provider for Peaktime

Can anyone recommend any of the new phone companies that offer the best rates (ideally free minutes) for peaktime local and national calls from a home phone.

It would help if they also offerred integrated billing (ie call charges & phone rental together)

I've just signed up for Smart Telecom. They do integrated line rental/call billing (ie, one bill)

Telestunt are not really useful for this.

According to Telestunts own FAQ on www.telestunt.ie

"Can I use Telestunt for calls inside Ireland?

Telestunt offers cheap access rates to call international destinations and Irish mobiles. It is not aimed to call Irish landlines at cheaper rates. It is cheaper to use your normal telephone provider for local and national calls."
 
Peak Rate Local and National Calls

I use [broken link removed] myself. They are cheapest I've come across at 3c per minute for local & national peak rate calls
