Just checking to see whether it is worth changing Health Insurers. Currently on VHI Company Plan Extra Level 1. Are there cheaper alternatives with similar benefits.

Your plan has no hospital excess and 75% back on a lot of day to day cover, as a result it is quite expensive. In order to make a saving you'll have to take on some excess for hospital claims and reduce some of your day to day cover to 50%.
VHI plans that may interest you include Company Plan Plus Level 1.3 and PMI 46 10. You could be looking at saving in the region of €300-500 per year with plans similar to these. It will depend on how often you are currently claiming whether the extra cover you have now is worth the extra premium.
