Chauffeur Section at Dublin Airport

Hi, strange /silly question perhaps, but how does the chauffeur parking section at Dublin Airport work?

IE do private companies own the cars here and wait to tout for business in the arrivals area or are they pre-arranged chauffeurs from a private company??

Very interested to know as Im thinking of getting into the chauffeur drive business
 
I think they are pre arranged and I'd imagine the chauffeur companies are paying the Dublin Airport Authority a hefty sum to operate out of the airport.
 
As with the taxis there is a charge for using Dublin Airport AFAIK. You probably need to contact the DAA and discuss the charges with them. hth
 
I have heard that the chauffeur market has crashed and the demand is very little, but no harm in checking it out and doing some homework
