If so, can you PM me?
If you are fully au-fait with the process, checks required and risks involved, you should be in a good place to negotiate a price so you are not ripped off?
What would you consider a reasonable fee?
With or without being fully au-fait with the process etc, this shouldn't cost more than €200. We're talking about a property with no charge on it, and no other change except the name. And very easy money for a solicitor at that.

Absolutely. If you had 5 a week you'd be made up. That'd be 50 grand a year you're making. You only have to pay rent, your professional indemnity insurance, a few other expenses, and the remaining 1 grand would be pure profit that you could pay yourself a salary out of.. wait a minute, I think you're going to need to do at least 2 a day if you want to eat... Make it 3 just in case you want somewhere to live.Yup- easiest €200 ever earned.
there's no problem getting deeds, why would that be a problem?
mf1 I'm not sure what any of what you said means. Who are you addressing?
I was just trying to make the point that I had actually put time into it and it would be nice to have that reflected in a solicitor's fee if I did choose that route. Maybe I've just had particularly bad experiences.
