Changing from storage heating.

I live in a house in an apartment complex. We have storage heating that i hate and find very expensive. There is no gas piping on the site so gas is not an option. Does anyone know what other heating i may be able to get. Thanks.

Do you have a fire? You could always install radiators, run off oil or solid fuel.

How is he going to put in a chimney if it is an apartment complex?

There is an electric element type heating system which feeds radiators with hot water . I don't have the details off-hand but could look them up if you are interested. In an appartment it will have to be some form of electrical system if there is no gas available.
