Changing banks....how to tell child benefit?

Hi we are currently in the process of changing banks.

Our new bank has given me a form to pass onto social welfare offices to advise child benefit should now go into new account.

Should this go to local office or is it centralised somewhere??

Child Benefit Section is based in Letterkenny Co Donegal. You can send documentation there or use the secure online form on the welfare.ie webpage.
