I am wondering in what areas people have seen changes in their work since the down turn of the economy?
The obvious ones to me are:
Reduction in pay, benefits, bonuses, working days/hour.
Perhaps additional tasks to be carried out/ higher production rate required.
A feeling of less security in your position, and less optimism in getting a job if you lose your position thus possibly staying in an unsatisfying role.
Is there anything else that anyone is being affected by or they know of others being affected by?
