In a surprising development, I have had a client report to me that the OR has said they will allow him to send back to his estranged family 20% of his salary after tax to support children not with him.
This is very surprising as the OR's official handbook specifically states that only the family living with the bankrupt cable supported.
Now this may just be one OR in one office, or it maybe a general trend.
If the latter, that would represent very good news for Irish bankrupts, moving overseas with a family left home still to support.
