A company whose Annual Return is late can now avail of the Audit Exemption for the accounts that are filed with tht particular Annual Return. However the subsequent 2 Annual Returns must have Audited Accounts filed with them
This is a huge help to people who maybe wanted to have their company struck-off but the Annual Return was late as they can now file the return with Unaudited Accounts and then get the company struck-off before the next ARD falls due
