Hi,
Looking for someone who can advise on if it is the best thing to move our LTD to a Holding company structure - any suggestions?
Will only be doing this 1 time and want to get it right if it is the best thing to do

Looking for advice on the benefits, disadvantages, impact on retirement relief & entrepreneur relief (how to minimise), the benefits, what to look out for in order to minimise taxes and steps involved.
