Change of house rules

My managment co have just sent us the new house rules. While I signed up to the previous set of house rules and thought that the were reasonable there are some new rules that I dont agree with in this set. Is there anything that I can do about this change. I find it unfair. Any advice would be really apreciated

If all the owners are in agreement with the changes, then there is probably little that can be done. However if it is not a simple majority and there are others who are in dispute then the changes can be challenged. Were the changes voted on at the AGM ?

In most leases there's clauses that allow the directors to introduce more rules in the best interests of the development. What kind of changes are they?
