Chamber of Commerce

Hey folks,

In January started working in a Chamber of Commerce in a southern county. Part of my job remit is to increase the dwindling chamber membership (we are offering €130 membership for new members) numbers.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to increase numbers?

I suppose the obvious thing would be to highlight the benefits of membership of the chamber.
