CGT Return on Shares

Hi Guys,

I made no disposal of shares in 2011 but I have unused losses from 2010. Is there a need to file a return to show that I have unused losses to carry forward for 2012. I normally just send in a CG1 return form every year but I have no disposals from last year.

If you had no disposals then you don't need to file. The losses carry forward nonetheless.
