CGT Relief/Exemption

Situation is no current PPR (renting for approx. 10 years) but have an Investment Property. If Investment Property is sold then CGT is payable at 33% on the "profit". Would Revenue entertain a claim for relief/reduction of the CGT calculated as the proceeds of the sale will be used immediately to purchase a PPR??
