If since 1 Jan of this year you have sold shares and made losses, and will not be selling further for remainder of 2011, are you still obliged to return the CGT Payslip A - disposals 1 Jan to 30 Nov - by 15 Dec and simply leave the "Amount of Payment" box blank?
