Cg1 form - late submission

I need to submit a CG1 form to record my losses on a sale of shares for 2009, I only had one sale of shares. I am not familar with the whole process, as this is first time I've sold shares.

The deadline for this was 31/10 - can it be done online (I have PAYE online), or am I too late to submit the form?

You could always file a Form 11 on ROS before 16 November, including your CGT particulars along with your income and claims for allowances etc. Its unlikely that Revenue will register you for this purpose, within the short timeframe, but if you know a friendly accounting practice, they may be willing to write up and submit the return on ROS under the temporary ROS 'unregistered/unlinked clients' facility.
