Cf83 form for new class 3

Have already bought back contributions at class 2. Am about to fill in the form to pay class 3 going forward. I am unsure of dates. Unfortunately I didn't keep a copy of the original form I filled out. Will it matter if there are differences? Also it asks when your employment ended. I retired in mid 2025 but have paid class 2 for 2025/2026.
 
I am not sure your employment details matter at this stage. Besides, HMRC will know your employment cessation date from their own records.
 
I was working in Ireland. Form asks about overseas employment. Technically last year should have been a mix of class 2 and 3 maybe

EDITED: On the form, apart from questions asking you for your name, address , DOB and NI number the only other two questions ask you
if you will be living or working abroad in 2026-2027 and if you employer will be paying NI contributions on your behalf. That's it, I am pretty certain.

People are confusing form CF83 and the new form needed to continue with Class 3 - which is here, and needs to be printed off and posted in.
