At the beginning of February I submitted a credit request to the CCR. One month later I emailed asking why I did not receive a report. Today, two months later they responded saying the report was subsequently issued and to check my Junk/Spam folder.

In summary, over a month to receive a digital report. Two months for them to reply to a simple question. They'd probably blame it on Covid. Two years to adapt to Covid. What a joke!!! ICB used to issue the report within a few days.
