Anyone have experience of getting a CCTV system installed in a complex.

Any info would be appreciated
 
We've got signs up in ours around the bins to deter illegal dumpers by saying that there's CCTV watching them but there isn't. Might be a cheaper option if the threat level isn't that high. It seemed to work.
 
Few things to consider here general zod,

- Is the problem with anti social behaviour, illegal dumping or general security that bad you require the CCTV system?

A CCTV system is expensive as the system requires a hub for the data to record to, the system will need to be maintained and ultimately upgraded in due course and add to that the inital purchase of relevant statutory signage but can easily pay for itself if you are able to stamp out any of the above in your development.
