Cavity wall insulation recommendatiosn|Dublin

Need to get this done in 1960's houe especially front and side walls wich are north /north east facing.

Dont know much about it excpet that there are option sof rockwool or beads.. anyone enlighten me as to types. best ones, companys that do it and average costs..
