Its not a problem I've ever had unfortunately, but I imagine you could lodge it to any current account.
Dont expect them to "cash" it for you and hand it out in €20 notes though!

Organise an appointment with your branch where you have a current account. All Irish banks, that offer current accounts, except KBC, allow cheque deposits.

You will be subject to questioning, bring lots of documentation.

After you have deposited the cheque, obviously don't leave a sum that large sitting in your current account.

I always thought that the National Lottery provided assistance with this for big winners.
