Pricing 2nd fixing at the moment. What sort of prices should I expect to pay for the following..labour only.

Fitting skirting and architrave (per foot)
Hanging timber doors and fitting handles and locks (per door)
Laying engineered floating oak floor (per m or yard)

Have recieved one quote of €3500 to do 21 doors, 50 m of flooring and all skirting and architrave of 2900ft house, but feel its a little pricey.
 
To be honest that is a very good price.

Assuming its labour only and excluding VAT the following would be standard rates

21 doors at €70 (assuming frame has to be made up and door has be routered for hinges) total €1470
Ironmongery 21 x 25 (assuming locks have to be rebated, allowing for 3 hinges, handles, eschs and locks) total €525
Oak Floor 50 x 15 (including underlays) total €750
Architrave 227m x 3 total €681
Allow skirting 150m x 3 total €450

Grand Total €3876 plus VAT

Looks like I am being a bit too tight so!!!

Had estimated the floor price spot on but wasn't expecting the other bits to be quite as expensive. Best thing about this fella is I know it will be done perfectly!

Frustrates me paying someone to do the floor and skirting as I know that I could do a very good job of it myself, but just don't have the time to go at it at the moment.
 
when you said 50m
was that 50m square or 50m in length
