Can anyone recommend a good carpenter to lay wooden floors in the wicklow area?

OP, beware that in the past, recommendations via PM have turned out to be from less than competent tradasmen pretending to be satisfied customers touting for business.

Guy put down wooden floors for me last year, great job done, he's based in Wexford - DC Flooring in Gorey.

Hi,
How are you. We had a carpenter out when we were renovating our house. He's very good at what he does.He took us down to his house and workshop and we ended up getting the same doors and floors that he had. He charged 1500 to lay 30sq m of solid flooring and 18mm plywood underneath and 60 m of skirting. He's based in dublin but i remember him mentioning working out in carlow. If you want i can send on his number.
