Caretakers Agreement

When we moved home last August we signed a CA to allow the previous owners store some possessions on a piece of our land. The CA was for 2.5 years and to date they have not returned once to remove anything or to even maintain the site which is now overgrown with weeds. I'm wondering if its possible to terminate the CA before the 2.5 years are up.

you own the site - your responsibility to keep tidy. whatever about them not removing the items, you have given them 2.5 years, you must keep the place tidy.

Was the agreement that they could store their possessions there, or that they would also maintain it? Is there anything in the agreement that you will maintain the property to allow them easy access to their possessions?
