Can my partner claim carers for me? I have M.S and am on Invalidity Pension. She is working part time in the same job for 4 years. She was cut from a 5 day week to a 3 day(21 hours). Also my partner get Job seekers of 86 a week. We live together and have a mortgage in my name. We also have a 10 month old daughter.
