I'm about to move home next week and also purchasing a new car. Do i give my old address or prospective new address to the car seller (a garage) and the insurance co ?
you should give your new address to insurer as all documentation will be sent to the address you have given them. If you do not live at that address, how will you get the correspondence?
Yes you should contact your insurance company and advise them about the change of address. All insurance companies rate area's differently. Also, they will need your new address to send your renewal notice etc to you.
