Has any one heard of this ""up & coming investment oppertunity some where south of the Cannaries,speculative as it is very early days and the area is only underdevelopment.Guru Eddie Hobbs is promoting it ???
 
I have heard of someone selling these-an uncle of a guy I work with (that doesn't mean I'd trust him).

I would have concerns about transport links?

Is this hearsay or have you first-hand accurate information that Eddie is promoting this particular scheme?
 
I heard him in a radio interview last week about overseas property and after putlining the problems with lack of regulation, he was asked about investment in othe Balkans

He replied that those areas are probably already exposed and that "cape Verde" is relatively an unexploited area and ready for a tourism boom, in years to come and possibly a good investment

It is not necessarily promoting it

This might be where the original poster is quoting from, or I could be completly wrong
