can't post a reply to my thread (or with long delay)

Hello, I'm new here, I created a thread yesterday. This morning I received some replies but when I want to reply myself I get a message "you must wait at least 7234 seconds before performing this action". That's like 2 hours. The first time I waited, but it happened again, why? It's holding up the conversation.
 
This is an unfortunate consequence of the volume of spam the site attracts. This limit reduces the work required to clean up after they get through the initial measures.
