cant pay the Revenue

Hi Guys

Was chatting to a friend and he has a revenue bill he cant pay. its for under 10K. He is going to ring the revenue next week and see will they take payment over 12 months. He knows that there will be interest and penalties etc but will they be ok with this and what will he have to provide them?

If any one has been through this all ready it would be good to hear how they got on as I want to put his mind at ease.

In all cases you need to complete a phased Payment Application (PPA1) form and submit with some other documentation. All the information is in the webpage so I'm not going to repeat here.
