Its very frustrating. I rang these numbers:

0818502424
0818210585
012124101

I have been on hold each time for 20 mins and gave up.

Anyone any suggest on what I can do other than keep trying?

I cant get into app as i cant rememb password. They have a nmbr to call to reset password but its ringing out.

I got through to someone in general enquiries they were unable to tell me my iban (1 of my 2 queries).

They tried to put me through to mortg team but after 12 mins it came bk to her.

Im beyond frustrated.

I have my ptsb acc nmbr, is there a way i can reconstruct my iban using their bic or sort code?

If you have your account number and your account's sort code you can calculate your IBAN/BIC.

Thanks clubman i dont know ptsb's sort code. I tried googling it but no joy. Is it 1 sort code for the entire bank or is it personal to my account?

The sort code is historically the code for the branch where the account was located.
But my PTSB current account moved between branch offices which were subsequently closed and now "resides" in a different branch whose sort code doesn't match my account's sort code.
If it's a current account and you have a cheque book it should have your account number and sort code. Or an online or printed statement will have these details and your IBAN/BIC.

Thanks all. I dont use twitter or X.

I managed to log in and get iban but i have another question and am on to them again.

Iv been on hold 12 mins so far. This surely isnt right...

I managed to get through to a person dealing with general enquiries and she was able to put me through to an automated password reset. That allowed me to eventually log in to my acc on the computer and fetch my iban.

I did eventually get through to mortg team and had my basic other question answered. Hell though what a rigmaroll.

They are really tough to deal with. Can you imagine what it will be like after BAWAG implement their "deep cuts in staffing" to make PTSB fit their operating model. The imagination boggles.
