Cant get through to meteor,anyone know why?

Hi, Ive been trying to register my new phone with meteor.
I have phoned them about ten times,each time Ive been waiting over 20 mins and still cant get through.
I also tried on the internet but it wont allow me to register.
Does anyone know what the problem is??

Where did you but the phone? They should be able to register it for you, or go to your nearest Meteor shop to get it registered in store.
