I am completing Form 11, but can't enter info in the boxes on PAYE/BIK PENSIONS 1, I have clicked "clear page" but no success. Paye/BIK is ticked in the Personal Details section. I have contacted ROS, but no reply 7 days later. I have tried Next Employment but can't move on as asterisk boxes are incomplete, however the PAYE/BIK label on the left does become "ticked". What am I doing wrong? t
