Cancelling Sky- within cooling off period

Hi,
I added Netflix to my sky package but want to remove it. Only did it this morning.
Can’t get through on phone and can’t see a way of doing it online?
Anyone help?
 
I find the most reliable solution is to call the UK number on +443337590802 and they will put you through to Sky Ireland.

It shouldn't be so hard but it is.

You can also write them a letter of cancellation to: Sky Ireland, One Burlington Plaza, Burlington Road, Dublin, Dublin 4.
