Cancellation website

Looking for a last minute deal to the Algarve, pref a hotel. Budget have good deals but most are for apartments..
Is there a website which posts cancellations as they happen as I would rather pay extra and find a quality cancellation..
Anyone recommend or not the Algarve? Thanks..
