Can you take non prescription tablets on flight?

Hi,

I'm travelling from Cork to Malaga tomorrow for a few days. I go to the gm every day and want to continue while I'm away. I take various supplements, some powder and some tablets. What can I take on board with me as I will only be carrying hand luggage?
