Ive posted before that I have a friend who has a daughter with a child.
They are leaving Ireland to live abroad for a few years and would like their eldest child,with her child to live in the family home.
The daughter already has rent allowance (RAS ) in a house of her own.
Can she move in to her parents house and go on a RAS scheme?
Would the parents be allowed to rent the house to her on the RAS scheme?
