Can you go to college while going bankrupt?

I am single 40 year old man living in Dublin and I recently lost my job. I owe €575k to AIB and my house is worth €250k.

I plan to go to England to go bankrupt.

My parents have offered to fund me to do a MBA.

Can I do this at the same time and what would be the attitude of the trustee? My case will be that I have moved to England to pursue a new career and the MBA will re-train me for this.

This is absolutely fine. You a entitled to study whilst bankrupt. The court and OR will have no problem with this. It will prove that your comi is here in the uk
