Just wondering if you can have ask to have another person conduct a grevience investigation? I've had one made against me as a manager after a staff member who's had numerous complaints about them form children and staff had disciplinary action taken against them by the head of HR, went out on sick leave 8 months so far (I didn't get a copy of grevience for 3 months?)
Anyway one of the investigation team is being very hostile towards me, during the initial interview and then when I ws asked to review the draft minutes of our meeting, sent my reply back saying I need to format them in a differrent way, even had his secetary making comments about how I was doing it wrong in an email to me. All seems very strange to me?
