Can we reschedule with EBS?

Just wondering does anyone know if EBS allows you to reschedule when you are on a fixed mortgage? My husband has just started new job after been out of work for 3 months, plus his wages are down E200 p/w. To say we are finding things tough is an understatement.
 
If you took out the fixed rate over 6 months ago, your probably better off staying on it. You could get the mortgage term lengthen, but any savings made would be wiped out by the new rates (constantly moving upwards).
