At 53and 54 with a house morgage (worth 1.5m) paid...with a full time profession (both) ,do you think we would get a mortage for the purchase of a two bedroom apartment?
i think you should be able to get a morgtage up to the age of 7o with some banks but it also depends on the amount you want to borrow ...
would re-morgtaging your own house be an option ?
