Can she draw her stamps after Voluntary redundancy

Hello,
My wife has been offered Voluntery redundancy from her employers. She has worked there for 8 years and the package seems to be a good one.
My question is can she claim her stamps after she has been left go. I know she will get a lump sum for her employers but can she still claim while off work ?

Yes she should sign on immediately. Depending on her age and the amount of the redundancy package she may have to wait for some time before she will be entitled. SW will put her right
