Can I encash my pension fund in few years time?

Hi,

I left my job recently and need to make a decision with my pension fund. Usual options are available to me including getting my contribution back (but I loose employer contribution which is a sizeable chunk). I'm happy to transfer it in PRSA, Bond or any other pension scheme, provided I can get it back (encash it) in 5-10 years time when I leave Ireland and go back to NZ.

Any suggestions where to transfer my pension funds?

If you transfer to a PRSA or Buy Out Bond you will not be able to withdraw the monies until retirement, which would be age 50 at the earliest.
